I am working on your request. Currently I found main reference of scale

Rajendran sir is present. And he is connected with one teacher training school in chennai. But I am not getting any email id of his.

@aamir I get this information from one member who already used this tool in her study in 2017. She shares this information and tell me that she inform me the e-mail id from where she get permission.but did not give me till now.
